Congratulations to senior Ella Boekelheide on breaking her own school record in the 800-meter run at the Howard Wood Relays Special Event in a time of 2:11.84, placing fourth overall. She also broke her own school record and placed sixth in the 1,600-meter run with a 4:57.99 performance, the first female at Northwestern to run a sub-5 minute mile!
The girls 4x400-meter relay (eighth-grader Elexis Kramp, eighth-grader Brenna Halvorson, freshman Lilly Haven, Boekelheide) placed sixth in 4:13.21.
Junior Ty Boekelheide placed fourth in the triple jump with a leap of 44-.05.
