To ensure student safety, Northwestern School will be changing its end-of-day procedure for students who are walking home or being picked up by parents.
Beginning Monday, Feb. 5, we will close 3rd St. between 3rd Ave. and 2nd Ave. from 3:10 P.M. until the buses leave at approximately 3:40 P.M. The school will also add a crossing guard at the intersection of 3rd St. and 3rd Ave. We request that all students needing to cross 3rd St. cross at this intersection and walk toward Main Street.
