Mark your calendars--
The fall athletics player-parent meeting will be on Wednesday, Aug. 2, starting at 6:30 P.M. at Northwestern School. All middle school and high school athletes, parents, and coaches for fall sports should be in attendance.
6-12 Football—practice starts Aug. 3. Middle school players are invited to attend practice before school starts but not required.
7-12 Football Cheerleading—practice starts Aug. 3
6-12 Cross Country—practice starts Aug. 10
6-12 Volleyball—practice starts Aug. 10
All athletic forms will be handed out at this time. All athletes participating at a high school level (C-team, JV, Varsity) must have an athletic physical on file before practices start. If your student needs a physical, you should have already been contacted. If you are unsure, please check with Mrs. Halvorson at Jessica.halvorson@k12.sd.us right away.
The Captains Council will be
serving FREE root beer floats!

The NW Community Foundation will also be holding its skybox auction that evening.
They will be serving free hot dogs and brats from 5:00 P.M. to 6:30 PM, with the skybox auction taking place at 5:45 P.M.
Proceeds from the skybox auction help to support our students, school, and community in various ways. We look forward to seeing folks there!
