Junior Joclyn Haven received January Student of the Month. Daughter of Jeremy and Laura Haven, Joclyn has three younger sisters: Ella, Ashley and Lily.

Her activities include volleyball, track, FBLA, FFA, journalism and 4-H.

Her hobbies include shopping, photography, hanging with friends, and cooking and baking.

In the future, Joclyn plan to attend a four-year university to pursue her photography career.

"Joclyn is very deserving of this honor. She is a meticulous student, and she takes nearly all of the photos for our journalism program. Her photography skills are on point," Mrs. Nora Groft said.

Her favorite quote: "Be willing to go all out in pursuit of your dream. Ultimately, it will pay off. You are more powerful than you think you are," Les Brown.

Joclyn's favorite athlete is Nebraska libero Kenzie Knuckles. Her role model is Brittany Matthews, and her favorite class is business.
